CB Richard Ellis Investors has hired Audrey Greenberg as the chief financial officer for the Strategic Partners U.S. fund series. She will oversee investor relations, accounting and reporting, treasury operations and enterprise reporting, as well as involvement in fund financing activities.
Greenberg is based in Los Angeles.
Before joining CBRE , Greenberg was CFO for the Lion Properties Fund at ING Clarion Partners, before which she was CFO for Phoenix Realty Group. She was also an investment banker at both Morgan Stanley and Merrill Lynch, and a member of the audit services group at Deloitte and Touche.
