Capital One priced a $550 million credit card deal, which was upsized from $500 million.

The offering is led by Deutsche Bank Securities and RBS Securities. Co-managers on the transaction are Barclays Capital, Citigroup Global Markets, JPMorgan Securities and Credit Suisse.
