Hunting and camping retailer Cabela’s is readying a new credit card securitization program, according to a filing from the SEC.
The sponsor of the program is World’s Foremost Bank.
The notes will be issued by Cabela’s Credit Card Master Note Trust, registered in Delaware. The new series will be secured by a pledge from the 2004-1 certificates, which in turn, are backed by a pool of receivables linked to revolving Visa accounts held with WFB.
No underwriters are attached to the program yet.
Cabela’s last issued a credit card deal in late August.
