Bingham has hired Mark Dawkins, former managing partner of Simmons & Simmons, to help develop its securities and financial institutions litigation group based in London.
During his time at Simmons & Simmons, Dawkins lead the global Financial Markets Department and the Banking Litigation Department.
Bingham executive Robert Dombroff stated in a press release from the law firm that this step is a move toward increasing Bingham's financial institutions litigation practice, both globally and in London, which has always been a priority for the firm.
