Terry McKay has joined Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi UFJ Ltd. as managing director and head of its new global financial solutions group, the bank announced Friday. McKay reports to Randall Chafetz, head of corporate and investment banking for the Americas.
In his new role, McKay will manage a New York-based team working with relationship managers throughout the Americas.
McKay was most recently executive vice president for corporate finance at Rabobank International. Previously, he was managing director for structured finance at JPMorgan Chase.
