Avis Budget Group plans to sell a securitization backed by rental fleet vehicles.
The transaction will be issued from its Avis’ Budget Series, according to a Moody’s Investors Service press release.
Moody's has assigned provisional ratings of Aaa’ to the Series 2014-1 class A fixed rate notes and Baa2’ to the class B fixed rate notes. The notes have an approximate 65 months expected final maturity.
Spreads ranging from 16-18 basis points over the three-month, interpolated yield curve on the P1 (Moody's) and F1+ (Fitch) notes, to 160 to 170 over the benchmark on the class D notes.
