The American Securitization Forum (ASF) is set to move out of its midtown Manhattan headquarters to the Financial District, as announced in an ASF update meeting today.
The location change to 120 Broadway from 360 Madison Avenue will represent a significant cost savings for the association.
According to ASF Executive Director George Miller, the Madison Avenue offices will no longer be in use, and all ASF activity will occur at the Broadway location, which is fully equipped with conference rooms and up-to-date technology.
