Credit Suisse ABS Team Builds with Former Barclays Talent

Credit Suisse has hired two Barclays Capital securitization executives and has made several internal appointments, according to a Dow Jones report.

The bank hired Mike Dryden from Barclays to co-head of the securitized products portfolio solutions, residential mortgage finance and securitization team at Credit Suisse. Dryden will work with Pete Sack, who has  structured Credit Suisse's residential mortgage transactions for the past decade, according to the report.

In March, Jay Kim, formerly co-head of Barclays' U.S. asset securitization team, joined Credit Suisse as head of the bank's asset finance team.

Jon Claude Zucconi, also from Barclays, and John Slonieski are co-heads of the consumer asset-backed finance and securitizations team, the report said. Russ Burns will continue to run the esoteric asset-backed finance and securitizations, and Scott Corman will remain head of the transportation asset finance and securitizations.

Bruce Kaiserman will be in charge of the asset finance lending team, and Craig Leonard was reappointed head of the securitized products syndicate desk. Vaibhav Piplapure  heads the asset finance team in London.
