Will Wittkopf is self-described storyteller with numbers�using big data, analytics, and reporting to solve practical business problems. In his role as the Vice President of CRM Strategy and Analytics at Optum (a division of UnitedHealth Group), Mr. Wittkopf�s story-telling efforts usually begin with tying together customer information from disparate systems. The pursuit of customer insights eventually led him to MDM and enterprise data governance. Six years ago he spearheaded efforts to launch an organizational MDM application and practice at Optum. Today that MDM solution allows Optum to connect client information across over 50 systems�helping Optum get closer to the elusive �one view� of the customer. Prior to Optum, Will spent over a decade in data analytics and CRM consulting roles focused on marketing and the customer experience.
