Tom Jordan

Tom Jordan is director of product development and sales solutions for TransUnion’s collections business unit. Mr. Jordan is the subject matter expert and consultant for all collection-related opportunities, helping customers maximize efficiencies within their operations and quantify their return-on-investment with TransUnion’s product offerings. Mr. Jordan joined TransUnion in 2008 with an extensive background in receivables management. He previously served as Vice President, Operations for Convergys Corporation residing over all their international and domestic collection centers. Mr. Jordan received his Bachelor of Arts from the University of Florida in Gainesville, Florida.
