Tom Carpenter

Tom Carpenter is the Vice President of Retail Product Development at Fifth Third Bank, and has been with the bank for five years.� He manages a group of product management professionals focused on banking services, deposit risk and regulatory excellence.� He currently is the LOB manager for Overdraft, Small Dollar Credit, Cash Banking Services, and handles deposit risk strategies for the Retail Bank.� Previously, Tom spent 10 years with FIS mostly focused on transaction risk strategies and new account screening risk and micro lending.
