Tina M. Petersen, Ph.D.

Tina M. Petersen, Ph.D. began her career with First National Bank in 2002.� Her past positions focused on leadership and personnel advancement, with roles such as Branch Manager and Director of Training and Development for Customer Care.� Tina now focuses her attention on organizational innovation as the Director of Product Development, where she works to bring concepts into the marketplace through design, development, and the implementation of new products.� Tina is a graduate of the University of Nebraska at Omaha with a Masters in Leadership and an Undergraduate in Psychology.� She recently received her Doctorate from the University of Phoenix in Organizational Leadership and Design.� Tina is also a proud mom to two wonderful children who make all of her hard work worthwhile!
