Thomas B. Wagers, Sr.

Thomas B. Wagers, Sr. is the Chief Risk Officer for NASB Financial, Inc. (OTCQX: NASB) and its subsidiary bank, North American Savings Bank, F.S.B, where he is responsible for oversight of the Bank�s Enterprise Risk Management program and Compliance Management program. Previously, Wagers was the Chief Financial Officer for Atlantic Coast Financial Corporation (NASDQ: ACFC). At both community banks Wagers has been responsible or actively involved in the preparation of Capital Plans, including the design and analysis of stress tests. Wagers, who is a CPA, has over 23 years of experience in the banking industry and began his career with Coopers and Lybrand in 1979.
