Steven Schultz

Steven M. Schultz is CEO of Helios Capital, an affiliate of The Schultz Organization a full service real estate platform. Over the past two decades, Steven has negotiated and developed deals totaling more than eight million-square-feet and has cultivated strong relationships with a diverse range of clients, strengthening his reputation as being one of the most active and accomplished real estate professionals operating in the New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and Connecticut markets. His unique style and leadership allows him to attract and secure notable clients across all asset classes who continue to work with him on their endeavors as they move forward to grow their businesses. Steven’s vast knowledge and expertise in the markets in which Helios Capital remains most active – New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania and Connecticut – make him a trusted advisor to his clients, and help guide the continued growth and expansion of Helios Capital in the small balance, non-performing loan space as well as REO and investment sales. Prior to forming Helios Capital, Steven was a Co-Founder, of The Schultz Organization, LLC, founded in 1990. He additionally helped form and cultivate the rapid success of two other companies – Pyramid Property Partners, a development company and Onyx Equities, LLC, a private equity fund. Steven feels strongly about giving back to his community through fundraising and volunteering efforts, and is very active with several charities and organizations including the National MS Society, Move for Hunger and American Cancer Society. Steven currently sits on the board of directors for The Count Basie Theater located in Red Bank, New Jersey, and most recently served as chair of its Restoration and Renovation Committee for the duration of a three year, $10,000,000 renovation and restoration project to return the theater to its former grandeur.
