Steve Min

As the Chief Credit Officer for Synchrony Financial, Steve Min is responsible for making all credit lending decisions for�the company. Steve was named Chief Credit Officer in 2015 and has served as Senior Vice President of Risk Strategy�and Operations of GE Capital’s Retail Finance business since October 2011.Since joining the consumer credit business within GE in 2005, he initially served as Vice President of Risk Infrastructure�of GE Capital’s Retail Card Platform in 2005 and 2006. From December 2006 to October 2010, he served as Vice�President of Credit Strategy and Operations of GE Capital’s Retail Card Platform. In 2010 his role was expanded to�Chief Risk Officer of GE Capital’s Retail Card platform.Prior to December 2005, Steve served in various roles of increasing responsibility at Bank of America, Citigroup, MBNA�and FREDDIE MAC.
