Simon Gisby

Mr. Gisby is the National Practice Leader for Healthcare at Deloitte Corporate Finance LLC. Prior to joining Deloitte, Mr. Gisby was a Director with Houlihan, Lokey, where he specialized in the financial restructuring of Healthcare Companies. Mr. Gisby was previously a Director in the Global Healthcare Investment Banking Group of UBS Investment Bank and PaineWebber, where he structured and completed numerous merger and acquisitions, initial public offerings and other capital markets transactions. Mr Gisby was educated at Oxford University and is a Chartered Financial Analyst.
