Patrick Jordan

Director, Advisory Services

Patrick Jordan directs Enterprise�s Advisory Services field team, delivering capacity building and technical assistance to state and local governments and their nonprofit partners, fostering innovation in housing and community development program design, finance, operations and strategic planning.� Currently, the field team administers more than 30 engagements through HUD-funded cooperative agreements in excess of $25 million, focused on assistance to communities facing economic and capacity challenges.��Mr. Jordan also serves as Deputy Executive Director of Operations and Management for the National Resource Network. In this capacity he is responsible for day-to-day operations, administration, and finance. He also managers fundraising and communications and plays a key role in the Network�s on-the-ground engagements in cities across the U.S.Previously, Mr. Jordan worked in the Office of the Assistant Secretary for Community Planning and Development at the US Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), focused on national policy development incorporating local best practices into national models and building capacity of distressed communities to understand and address their local housing markets.� With HUD, he was integral in developing data-driven, place-based, decision making tools for tracking cross-programmatic performance and compliance.�Mr. Jordan began his career in community development after founding RE:HAB, Inc., a community development corporation in Washington, DC that renovated homeless shelters, administered a local GED program, and conducted catalytic, volunteer-driven, neighborhood beautification projects.� Patrick earned a Juris Doctor and public policy certificate from the Catholic University of America Columbus School of Law and a bachelor's in physics and mathematics from Gettysburg College.
