Michael Bozzo

Mike Bozzo is a Vice President at Sallie Mae Bank, where he is responsible for whole loan and charged-off loan sales.� Prior to Sallie Mae�s strategic separation, he was a Vice President in Private Credit where he managed the recovery operation on defaulted private student loans. Mr. Bozzo joined Arrow Financial Services, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Sallie Mae, in October 2005, where he was responsible for structuring and managing strategic finance investments, and ultimately, the sale of the Arrow portfolio and subsequent wind down of the company.Mr. Bozzo has 15 years of institutional investment experience, and prior to joining Sallie Mae, was a Vice President in the Structured Finance Group of Prudential Financial.�Mr. Bozzo earned his BA from ColumbiaUniversity and his MBA from New YorkUniversity.�
