Mack Turner

Mack Turner is Managing Director at Bank of America. He is responsible for the Customer Segments, Products and Customer Experience Marketing Research teams at the bank. Mack has 30 years experience in marketing, marketing research and customer satisfaction strategy development and execution. He has held the positions of director of marketing research for NCNB and NationsBank. Mack developed and managed the marketing research capability within Bank of America’s investment bank. He is a trustee of the Marketing Science Institute. His team is a recent recipient of the Ogilvy award for research innovation.He received his undergraduate and graduate degrees at the University of South Carolina.
