Kurt Thearling

Kurt Thearling is director of analytics at CRM software vendor, Exchange Applications, where he directs the use of data mining, and decision support technology. He is the co-author of the book "Building Data Mining Applications for CRM," which will be published in December by McGraw-Hill.
