Gregory Dawley

Mr. Dawley has served 20 years in the municipal finance industry. He is currently the Manager of Morgan Stanley’s public finance office in Los Angeles. He focuses primarily on financings for public power, utility and general governmental issuers. Previous firms include Merrill Lynch, Banc One Capital Markets and J.P. Morgan Securities. Before his career in the investment banking industry, Mr. Dawley served as Deputy Chief of Staff to Los Angeles Mayor Richard Riordan. He received his B.A. in Political Science form the University of Michigan and his M.P.P. from the University of Southern California.
