Glenn Brooks

Glenn has more than 20 years of experience in real estate, mortgage servicing, REO management, asset disposition and lending. Prior to joining Fay, he served as VP of Quantum Servicing, overseeing the bankruptcy, foreclosure, real-estate owned, property preservation and the valuations departments. Prior to Quantum, he served as the AVP/ Manager of REO for Accredited Home Lenders Inc.'s subprime portfolio of almost 90,000 loans. He also led a team of asset managers working throughout the nation with realtors and appraisers to determine market value and the highest and best marketing strategies on REO properties, including reviewing and approving marketing plans, repairs, list prices and offers presented. He owned and managed Mortgage Broker businesses and Title Company with over 30 employees lending and conducting settlements in 18 states. In addition, he held several positions at Eastern Savings Bank, a privately owned federal savings bank with over $1 billion in assets.
