Gabriel Scion

Mr. Scion is a graduate of University of Hawaii and Catholic University of America School of Law in Washington DC.He is well experienced in investment banking in Asia Pacific legion and has been instrumental for the set up and the operation of Westwood Capital (Asia) Limited. His primary mission has been to transplant cutting edge financial solutions and business models to the new market in the legion over the last 15 years.He currently resides in Tokyo, Japan and Ho Chi Min City, Vietnam and spearheading alternative financing initiative in the legion including obtaining several core business model patents and forming alliances with key institutional partners.
