Fredric Weber

Fredric A. �Rick� Weber is a partner with Fulbright & Jaworski LLP, a member of Norton Rose Fulbright Verein. He practices out of its Houston office in the area of public finance, with special emphasis to health care, energy, industrial development, and special project financings. Rick is a past president of both the National Association of Bond Lawyers (NABL) and the American College of Bond Counsel and is a graduate of Rice University and Yale Law School. He is a co-author of Disclosure Roles of Counsel in State and Local Government Securities Offerings (3rd ed.) and is the chair of a NABL subcommittee that advised the SEC in its effort to clarify recently enacted municipal advisor rules.
