Eric Roth is a managing director and head of the consumer and retail�group at Lazard Middle Market. He has more than 15 years of experience advising public and private companies on all phases of mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance and restructuring transactions, during which time he has worked on more than 40 completed assignments.
