Elaine Bradshaw

Elaine Bradshaw is a Senior Vice President, Data Management. Her focus, for the past 13 years, has been primarily on business-to-business information supporting strategic corporate initiatives with both the business and technology communities within Marsh. With responsibilities for data management and data integration, Ms. Bradshaw evolved and led the management of the US data and team into a global organization that now operates as one unit regionally across three geographies. Also she has directed the firm's effort to expand its data universe to include the data integration of core company information for the entire enterprise.Ms. Bradshaw's stewardship responsibilities span the firm's reference data ranging from company to products/services. As the leader in this area she works with other business sponsors and guides them on the use of the firm's data and best practices. She is the business owner of several proprietary systems housing core company reference information and has utilized key business colleagues to define business requirements to ensure that these systems operate at a level that supports strategic business applications. A network of these business stakeholders across geographies remains in place and is tapped into on a continual basis. Partnering with the data warehouse she continues to seek new ways to leverage the company's data asset. Lastly, she works with business and technology colleagues to align process, data and technology together to ultimately support strategic business drivers.
