Denis Pombriant

Denis Pombriant is the founder and managing principal of the Beagle Research Group, LLC, a CRM market research firm and consultancy. Pombriant is a well-known thought leader in CRM who publishes frequent research and is often quoted in CRM Magazine, CRMDaily, DestinationCRM and many other journals.
