Dawn Mortimer

Dawn Mortimer is the Innovation Director for American Family Insurance and has been there for 25 years serving in many capacities such as Strategy, Marketing, I/S, Claims, agency and product lines. She is responsible for R&D, idea management and working with American Family�s agents, employees, external partners and entrepreneurs to experiment and develop new products, services, and business opportunities.Dawn has her bachelor�s degree in business management and master�s certificate in Project Management from University of Wisconsin-Madison. She is also a Project Management Professional (PMP) with the Project Management Institute, is a Certified Usability Specialist with Human Factors International and has a certification in Alliance Management from the Association of Strategic Alliance Professionals. Dawn�s experience with project management,�technology, usability, and market development is critical to working with partners in leveraging innovation to disrupt the future.
