David Ingram is the Senior Director of Collections Marketing at Experian, He joined Experian in 2007. Prior to joining Experian, Mr. Ingram served as the Director of Operations for BCA Financial Services, based in Miami, Florida, overseeing operational activities for $400mm+ in active inventory. Mr. Ingram also served as the Manager of Operational Support for Americall Group, Inc/SR Teleperformance, a Paris-based company that is the largest outbound dialing organization in the world. Prior to that, Mr. Ingram served as the Director of Support Services for Machol & Johannes, P.C., a large collections law-firm specializing in purchased debt. Mr. Ingram started in this industry as a systems engineer, specializing in telephony and networking infrastructure. He holds several technical certifications, such as Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer, Cisco Networking Associate and others for Predictive Dialing platforms such as Davox, Voicelink and SCS Softswitch. David attended several colleges in Arizona and Colorado for his undergraduate studies but graduated with his BA from Pepperdine University in Malibu, CA. Mr. Ingram has participated in and spoken at industry trade shows such as Debt Connection Symposium (DCS), NARCA, ACA International, Ontarios Debt Management, Akcelerant User Conference and the California Creditors Bar Association.
