Chris is a Managing Director and leads Novantas� Digital Channels practice. Recent assignments include a re-vamped digital payments proposition for a national bank, a digital sales and service audit for a regional bank and a checking onboarding strategy for a national bank. Chris joined Novantas from Keynote Systems, where he led a best-practice digital benchmarking program utilized by most of the largest US banks and insurance companies, and a large-scale user testing program utilized by leading brands in financial services and beyond in the US and abroad. Chris has been influencing the direction of digital financial services since 1995, when he was on the launch team for the first web offering to combine stock trading with bill pay. Chris has been published or quoted in media such as the Wall Street Journal, Economist, American Banker, CNBC and Marketplace.
