Brad Dey has extensive experience in the collections industry, with 10 years at Capital One and 5 years as an independent consultant, working with many of the largest issuers, debt buyers and agencies. While in Recoveries at Capital One, Brad interacted with many companies through his work on agency sourcing & management, debt sales marketing and internal auditing. Brad created the Triangle Report, a comprehensive collector productivity tool impacting both agency management & collector performance. Brad is Principal of Second Order Solutions, a consulting group focused on large scale initiatives for issuers, such as legal strategy and network performance management. Brad is also CEO of Deys End Consulting, a consulting company focused on smaller operational initiatives like near-shore offerings, letter strategy and collector productivity. Brad holds a B.S. in Journalism & Marketing from the University of Richmond.
