Andrew Pollock is a Senior Managing Director at Clayton Holdings.� Mr. Pollock is the Head of Consulting Services, which provides a wide array of consulting solutions to the mortgage banking industry.� Areas of specific expertise include all facets of mortgage origination channels (wholesale / retail / correspondent), risk management, quality control / asset quality, and compliance / regulatory risk.Mr. Pollock has detailed knowledge and experience in mortgage originations that have ensured a commitment to quality and a culture of discipline.� Understanding that loan performance and quality originations establishes profitability and industry recognized reputation.Prior to joining Clayton, Mr. Pollock was the President and CEO of WDB Funding, a nationwide private lending firm specializing in fix & flip, multi-family and small apartment buildings.� WDB Funding was a start-up business venture that grew to one of the private lending industry recognized leaders.� Mr. Pollock was responsible for executive management and strategic direction of all lending directives, originations, operations, and funding fulfillment. �Before joining WDB Funding, Mr. Pollock was Co-CEO of Rushmore Loan Management, a nationwide full-service mortgage banking firm. ��Through a merger and acquisition of Icon Residential, Mr. Pollock was tasked with turning around an under-performing wholesale / correspondent originator, and orchestrating the acquisition / integration into Rushmore Loan Management.Mr. Pollock’s previous positions include his role as President and Chief Administrative Officer of First California Mortgage Company, a full service retail, wholesale and correspondent mortgage banking firm.� Prior to that, he was the Managing Partner of Global Logic Advisors, LLC, a management consulting company that focused on the financial services industry. �Direct responsibilities at Global Logic included management of consulting engagements, business development, and strategic planning.� Engagements included origination channel development, credit / risk administration and loan administration.Before that Mr. Pollock had a 20 year career as President and Chief Executive Officer of First Franklin (Merrill Lynch).� Primary responsibilities were overseeing all day-to-day operations while providing leadership in strategy and execution. �Under Mr. Pollock’s leadership, originations peaked at $3.0 billion per month through the retail, wholesale and correspondent channels.
