Westgate Resorts is planning a $94 million securitization of timeshare loans, its third transaction for 2012, according to a presale report by Standard & Poor’s.

JP Morgan priced its JPMCC 2012-LC9 commercial mortgage backed conduit deal on Wednesday. The transaction is the last scheduled for 2012.
