World Omni Financial Corp. is marketing an $800 million new auto receivables deal that will include three triple-A rated tranches.
The deal's, which is named World Omni Auto Receivables Trust 2011-A, three triple-A tranches are rated by Standard & Poor's and Moody's Investors Service. The tranches are structured as short-dated paper at one-year, 2.10 year and 3.3 year. The offering also includes one double-A rated piece and one single-A rated piece.
Barclays Capital, Deutsche Bank Securities, and Mitsubishi UFJ Securities are managing the deal.
