Commercial mortgage banker Walker & Dunlop, Bethesda, Md., has hired three new producers in its capital markets group.
Joining the publicly traded company from Grandbridge Real Estate Capital are Paul Ahmed, David Gahagan, and E. Lance Lehman. The three will carry senior vice president titles, focusing on financing income producing properties including multifamily, office, hotel and industrials in the Southeast.
The move reflects Walker & Dunlop's move into markets outside of the Mid-Atlantic. The firm is an apartment lending specialist with Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac approvals.
