Standard & Poor's has appointed Grace Osborne as business leader for U.S. mortgages in the firm's structured finance ratings group.
Osborne will be replacing Kim Diamond and will be reporting into David Jacob, executive managing director and head of structured finance ratings at S&P.
An employee of S&P since 1996, Osborne was previously lead analytic manager and head of the North America insurance practice at S&P.
Greg Gaskell is replacing Osborne. He was previously senior director at the ratings firm.
