Alternative credit investment manager DFG Investment Advisers of New York has named Rehan Virani as the firm’s new chief executive officer, along with announcing several internal management promotions.
Virani was most recently head of business development for private debt for the Americas and Asia at Partners Group, and has held prior advisory, investing and portfolio management positions for over two decades at firms such as Bardin Hill Investment Partners and Napier Park Global Capital.
According to a news release, the firm has internally promoted three long-term veterans at DFG: Kashyap Arora to co-chief investment officer, Selma Cilka to co-chief risk officer and Alex Nerguizian to co-head of business development.
