Clayton Holdings partnered with MBSData, which provides accurate and timely deal and loan-level information on public non-agency MBS, to offer new loan-level data risk identification analytics as well as enhanced reporting solutions to fixed-income mortgage sector investors.
The new offering will cover 98% of the active deal universe of private label MBS as well as will offer a technologically advanced platform for investors to manage RMBS risk.
Clients will be able to bring together MBSData’s loan-level dataset information with Clayton’s data query and reporting tool, InCyt, to allow clients to look closely into underlying loan-level details and gauge collateral performance, identify trends among various data points and thus identify potential performance issues and investment opportunities.
InCyt allows clients to set up speedy data queries along with customizable, interactive dashboards to make use fully of key data points and spot relationships between the different data and surveillance-enhanced data sets.
With the InCyt tool and the premium data package from MBSData, clients will be able to look at loan characteristics, delinquency analysis by lien position, servicer, and geography; monthly losses and loss trending; pending and prepayment information; customized value decline reports; REO/foreclosure analysis and, comprehensive reports for aggregating and trending pools.
The new service available via Clayton or MBSData can be tailored to fit any buyers’ needs, from access to the stand-alone data or in an enhanced package with the InCyt tool and custom dashboards or reports.
