A10 Capital Hires Head of CRE for Southeast Markets

A10 Capital hired Chuck Taylor to head Southeast markets for the firm.

In his new position, Taylor is responsible for sourcing all new commercial real estate (CRE) debt and equity opportunities in the Southeast markets of Georgia, Florida, North and South Carolina, Virginia, Alabama and Tennessee.

Taylor was at JPMorgan for nine years where he was most recently executive director in CRE capital markets.  He also held the position of director of acquisitions at Reynolds Capital Group in Atlanta, GA, where he led the acquisitions team for a $130 plus million private equity fund that focused on distressed real estate assets in the Southeastern U.S.

"I am very excited to join A10 Capital's unmatched team of commercial real estate and finance veterans and to bring A10's program to some deserving properties in the Southeast," said Chuck Taylor, executive vice president Southeast region. "As an unregulated lending business, A10 Capital has the ability to structure non-recourse loans on properties that need to be leased up before qualifying for CMBS or life financing."

A10 Capital offers a variety of CRE financing products across the entire capital stack. The firm also provides advisory and management services for all types of troubled loans and real estate assets.
