AmeriCredit Files S-3 For Auto Issuance

AmeriCredit Financial Services filed an S-3 with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) to issue six classes of notes backed by auto receivables.

The company is also going to issue a class of privately placed subordinated notes to be sold to instutional investors.

The company's last deal called AmeriCredit Automobile Receivables Trust 2010-3 (AMCAR 2010-3), which priced in mid-September, was backed a subprime auto loans. This was the firm's fifth overall and third senior-subordinate retail issuance under the AMCAR trust for 2010.
