Rod Brown and Diane R. Maurice have joined Moody's ABCP Group as vice presidents. Prior to this appointment, Brown was employed by GE Capital as legal counsel and corporate officer of several GE Capital businesses. Maurice spent 12 years at ABN Amro in international banking before joining the group.
Dan J. O'Brien has joined U.S. Bank Corporate Trust Services as product manager for Money Market Instrument Services. Previously, O'Brien was with Bankers Trust where he served as account manager for asset-backed commercial paper and as the commercial paper product manager.
