Linda Moses went to work for the conduit side of ABS biz and left the credit enhancement side of Citibank's card issuance department. She's working for Cafco and Ciesco, two of the world's largest conduits.

Liz Podova has left Bear Stearns where she worked for Pat Jehle as a vice president in the asset-backed group. No word yet on where she may have landed.

Jeff Wolf was named vice president of ABS/MBS investor relations at Financial Security Assurance recently. He was previously at Newcourt Credit Corp., serving as director of business development.

Fernando M. Guerrero has agreed to join Toronto Dominion Securities (USA) Inc. as a managing director responsible for a newly formed structured products unit. Guerrero will be based in New York and will be charged with building the firm's presence in the Securitization markets particularly the collaterized debt obligation business. Guerrero was a managing director at Donaldson, Lufkin and Jenrette's high yield capital markets group where one of his responsibilities was establishment of the firm's CDO business.

MISCELLANEOUS

Standard & Poor's Ratings Group is now publishing Rule 2(a)7 concentrations in partially-enhanced asset-backed commercial paper programs. This report was created to inform investors as to whether or not a conduit has a concentration over 10% of the conduit's outstanding assets. The report is available at www.standardpoors.com/ratings.
