Two Auto Deals in the Market

CarMax Business Services and World Omni Financial Corp. are in the market with auto securizations.

CarMax Auto Owner Trust 2011-3 is worth $650 million. Joint bookrunners of the class A, B, C and D notes are Barclays Capital, Bank of America Merrill Lynch, and Wells Fargo Securities. Co-managers on the class A notes are JPMorgan Securities, RBC Capital Markets and Scotia Capital.

World Omni is in the market with a close to $705 million transaction called World Omni Auto Receivables Trust 2011-B. Joint bookrunners of the Class A notes are JPMorgan, Barclays and Morgan Stanley.

Co-managers on the Class A notes are BofA Merrill, Deutsche Bank Securities, PNC, and Wells Fargo. JPMorgan, Barclays and Morgan Stanley are the underwriters on the class B notes.
