Under the new group structure, Peter Bubenzer has been appointed as group managing partner and James Jardine as group chief executive officer. Shaun Morris is managing partner of the Bermuda office while Huw Moses is managing partner of the Cayman office. For the Hong Kong location, Francis Woo serves as managing partner. Meanwhile, Michael O'Connell is managing partner of the Jersey office and Warren Cabral is managing partner of the London office.
