Mortgage Delivery Specialists (MDS)acquired Mortgage Data Management Corp.’s (MDMC) agency delivery, servicing analysis and staffing services product lines.
MDS Principal Kent Loehrke, will be joined by MDMC’s current employees Jason Eisendrath and Paul Raebel. The duo join MDS as senior portfolio analysts.
Doug Lackey, former principal of MDMC, will act as managing director with MDS to assist in making the transition as seamless as possible for its clients.
MDS was formed to focus on its core competencies of mortgage loan securitization, agency delivery services, servicing analysis services and staffing services.
MDMC, during its 18 years of services to the mortgage industry, specialized in mortgage loan due diligence review services and agency delivery services. In June 2009, MDMC sold its due diligence operations unit.
