Christopher Ezbiansky has joined Guy Carpenter & Company as managing director and head of GC Securities, M&A Advisory - Americas.
Ezbiansky will be based in New York and will report to Bill Kennedy, CEO of global analytics and advisory.
In this new role, Ezbiansky will be responsible for coordinating and implementing key strategies for GC Securities, including origination, structuring and execution of mergers and acquisitions, run-off and corporate finance advisory services.
He will work with Guy Carpenter's brokers throughout the U.S., Canada and Latin America to provide a coordinated delivery of GC Securities' advisory services as part of Guy Carpenter's integrated solutions for clients.
Ezbiansky joins GC Securities from Bank of America Merrill Lynch, where he was an officer in the financial institutions group with a specific focus on the insurance industry. He brings more than 15 years of insurance industry experience to GC Securities, including 10 years within the investment banking sector and more than five years of business development, strategic planning and operations experience at leading (re)insurance companies.
