A story that appeared in last week's ASR incorrectly represented issuance forecasts for two student loan ABS issuers. Nelnet Inc. expects to issue $5 billion per year, not the reported $10

billion. First Marblehead Corp. has issued approximately $1.5 billion to date (as of 5/23/05) and expects to issue three securitizations per year, rather than $2 billion per quarter.
