CMSA-Europe forms an executive committee

Following considerable growth among its board of governors over the recent months, CMSA-Europe has formed an executive committee, which will be representing the board in the association's day-to-day management and decision making. The newly formed group acquires the authority of the board of governors in the management of CMSA-Europe when the board is not in session, although the board remains the ultimate governing body. Members of the new committee include the chairman of the CMSA-Europe, Ronan Fox of Standard & Poor's, Charles Roberts of Cadwalader, Wickersham & Taft LLP,Clive Bull from Deutsche Bank and former chairman of CMSA-Europe, chair elect of CMSA-Europe, Cecilia Tarrant of Morgan Stanley, board member Caroline Philips of Eurohypo and board member, Scott Goedken of LNR Partners Europe.
