BANCA DI ROMA AND PARIBAS COME AGAIN

Banca di Roma is coming back to the securitization market with a repeat non-performing loan deal, called Trevi Finance 2. The deal will be backed by E1.9 billion ($1.9 billion) of NPLs owned by Banca di Roma itself and E210 million owned by a subsidiary Mediocredito di Roma. It will be structured by Finanziaria Internazionale and Paribas. Paribas and ABN Amro will underwrite the deal, which is scheduled for next year.
