Terri Kelly is the Executive Vice President of Business Banking at Flushing Bank where she is “responsible for managing and growing the Business Banking division for the bank.”�Manage all aspects of C&I loan business for the bank including business development, underwriting, credit approval, servicing, operations, portfolio management and asset recovery. �Business commercial loan products include, small business, middle market, large corporate (SNC), and SBA.Manage all aspects of Cash Management services for the bank.� Oversee product development, vendor management, revenue and profitability for Cash Management products.Responsible for establishment of policies, guidelines, procedures for credit and risk for Business Banking and Cash Management. �Present credits for approval to Management Loan Committee, Directors Loan Committee and Asset Classification Committee.Develop and implement annual business plans, budgets and strategic initiatives. Establish goals and objectives for the Cash Management and Business Banking teams. �Establish and oversee team’s incentive plans. Create product promotional campaigns.Manage a team of Senior Vice Presidents that oversee Credit Center, Cash Management and Business Banking sales teams.Before coming to Flushing Bank, Terri had 22 years of experience working in commercial banking. �She was the Senior Vice President in Commercial Banking for Bank of America where she managed Business Banking and Middle Market teams. �Prior experience was with Citibank as a Senior Relationship Manager overseeing a team of bankers developing and managing commercial customers.Among the organizations that Terri has been involved in are the American Heart Association, American Cancer Association, Long Island Forum for Technology, New York Business Development Corp., National Association of Women Business Owners, �The Long Island Center for Business & Professional Women and The Risk Management Association.� She is also a board member of the Queens Museum.�
